Loan team was extremely responsive and helpfulI appreciate the text ability your team has as no one wants to call a large corporation and talk to someone different every time and go through the phone hassles. The text capability was a great decision. Veterans United is a great company who always made me feel like I was being serviced well.

Totally screwed up payouts, some still not paid after 9 days, so I have to make double payoffs. Didn't listen to instructions or paperwork I sent in multiple times.
