As a first time home buyer, I was anxious about taking this next step in my life. Veterans United Home Loans made the loan process simple. My loan officer communicated with me throughout each phase of the process and was always willing to jump on a phone call if she saw I was stressing. I had several questions and was always responded to in a professional and timely manner. There's also several videos on the website that explains everything from the Pre-Approval to what to expect at Closing and each milestone in-between. I especially enjoyed the phone call from my loan office as I was driving home from closing with a heartfelt congratulations. I couldn't have found a better company for my VA Loan!.
