The first word that comes to mind is speechless! I honestly can't say enough about the experience I have had. Each person I worked with was always available and understanding and patient getting through this! I can't say thank you enough to everyone for everything!
The To-Do list is the most awesome guide. An explanation of each process and who is responsible for each thing To-Do would be a good enhancement. One of the "To-Do" things wasn't done in a timely manner so closing was postponed. If we as buyers had known who was responsible for the action and how it would effect our closing we would have pushed the appropriate person. Everything else was a 100% good experience.
I felt comfortable with VU. I will work with them again!

The team was excellent and the mortgage process was simple and straight forward.
Smooth process from start to finish. I was pre-approved, not just pre-qualified, in three days. If a veteran is thinking of buying a home get pre-approved first. Then when you find the home you want you can make an offer right away. That goes a long way with a seller when they know you have the financing. The seller might even take a lower offer just because it is a sure thing.
Billy and his team are AMAZING to work with. Made the process a breeze for us. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Jeremy Anderson was my main guy throughout this and he was always there making himself available for good questions as well as stupid questions. Ha. I had a very time sensitive, long-distance situation and Jeremy made time on a couple Saturdays to move the ball forward and help me secure my new townhome I moved into yesterday. I think my late husband would have been very happy with VU. Knowing how fast and professional everyone was, he would have been grateful that you looked out for us.The only thing that was slacking was the time in between the payment for the Appraisal and the actual Appraisal. I didn't understand why it took over 2 weeks.Thank you for the glasses, I will enjoy them. Thank you for our forever home.
