Always professional but tough to get in contact with (via phone). Lots of last minute “one more check or test”. This was my third time using Veterans United to purchase a home, mag consider local options for future purchases.

I googled lenders that handle VA loans and Veterans United was the top listed company and I can see why. My loan team was amazing, friendly, answered all questions. I never waited long to hear back from them when I had a question. It was always same day if not within the hour. From offer to close it was less than a month. We will definitely tell others and I will use this company if I ever refinance or buy again.

Veterans United will work with you , they will constantly ask for information to build your file so that when you find the home , everything goes as smoothly as possible.If in doubt ask questions , keep asking questions they have the answers or will find you the person that has the answers .
