Easy to use website interface. Great explanation of everything involved in buying a home. Awesome employees that are helpful and are great at their jobs. Jeremy and Kim really came through for us and they were very responsive and understanding. My experience with veterans united has been a dream come true.

What’s the point of doing a VA no money down loan if you end up having to put down 2,500? I had asked over a month ago about including the closing cost in the loan and was told that could be done, what happened to that plan???!!!

Thank you for your questions John. The $0 money down VA loan is often misunderstood. Each Veteran utilizing the VA loan may still have some out of pocket costs associated with closing or finalizing the loan, though a down payment is not required in most purchases. Poor communication, failed timing despite months of advanced planning and knowledge, didn’t seem to care, we felt completely forgotten about and at the bottom of Veteran’s United priority list, we wasted money on a uhaul and movers due to not moving on the date we were given. WE had to call escrow and title companies for information VU failed to give us. Will never go through VU in the future.
