The appraiser was not the best as far as timelines go. Things on her part were not done in a timely manner.
The loan process was fairly easy but the only thing I didn’t like was that you have to purchase insurance that covers the replacement cost and not the home value or how much the house was appraised for.
It was a great pleasure having the people at Veterans United. I had an outstanding team that was with me from the beginning to the end.

DHI title staff were amazing, friendly and they genuinely wanted us to be satisfied with our new home. They sat with us all day while we waited for keys and for the wire transfer to go through. When it did not they called us early first thing the following morning early to confirm our closing and set up key pick up. They are great.
