I am very disappointed with Veteran United Home Loans. The process was made more difficult by the lack of information and communication the Veteran United Team shared with me. The constant mistakes by the team were especially frustrating. There were mistakes on every document sent, including the final closing document at the closing table.

Brandon & Lisa were great to work with. We had a little confusion caused by his other team members towards the end of closing, but Brandon cleared everything up for all parties. This is the only critique keeping me from putting a 10. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat. I would and have recommended Veterans United to many of my fellow veterans. You guys are not just better than conventional lenders, you are also the best of the VA loan specialists!

Although there is "a lot" of paperwork...the Veterans United team did an awesome job breaking it down so that my family could understand what we were signing and made recommendations where we needed to do a little research before taking actions.
