I'm 66 years old, this is my very first house I've ever bought, I have no intentions of ever selling and buying another since I AM retired now, BUT if I did ever change my mind in that regard,, I certainly would go back to Bryant and speak with him about it FIRST and foremost as I totally believe he would be straight up with me and also help with that decision. Bryant IS at the top of this game., he's also got a great team working with him!!
VA’s Minimum Property Requirements (MPRs) created a delay in closing for me this time. An extra 3 weeks for almost unnecessary repairs. Finally closed though.
