Ben and his team were most excellent! Dealing with Darci to begin with is what brought me to VU -- she was very honest and helped me make the calculations I wanted. Others I had been dealing with simultaneously were markedly less transparent, trying to obfuscate the math and dance around an answer, which I was quick to take note of. Ben clearly is very good at what he does, but beyond his obvious level of expertise, he was very friendly and helpful, and enjoyable to work with. Madi likewise was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. The whole team managed to get the loan through from start to finish in under a month, to accommodate the tight deadline of my contract. And of course, the loan rate was very reasonable as compared to some others I've seen. I will hands down recommend VU and this team in particular to anyone else I come across, where applicable. Everyone was very helpful and patient. They didnt make me feel as though I was a customer, they made it feel like I was family.
