This was my first time purchasing a home ever. The Veteran's United Home Loans web portal is also imposing and has a user-friendly interface. With the portal, you know exactly where your loan process is at every step of the loan process. The educational videos on each segment of the loan process are beneficial. The knowledge I've gained from these videos helped me go to my home closing prepared with knowledge of the documents that I was signing!
