This re-fi with the Loan Officer was a BIG disappointment. We has ask that our rate be locked several times when it was at a lower and the Loan Officer NEVER did it. We closed at a higher rate than we were quoted and a higher rate than the pre docs were disclosed at. Someone dropped the ball with our loan and we will never work with this company again. Nor will we recommend to anyone we know. And if ask we will not have anything good to say about our experience with your companyI
