We were extremely impressed with Veterans United Home Loans from the very beginning. After we received our preapproval letter, we received a welcome kit in the mail that provided us with information on each step of the loan process, and VU even sent my husband a nice pair of Marine Corps dress socks! Also, VU’s online portal was extremely helpful, as it allowed us to quickly upload loan documents and helped us to become preapproved in a matter of hours. We also liked that we could quickly navigate to the portal to view the contact info and photos of the people on our loan team. This gave the experience a personal touch. Finally, VU’s interest rates and fees/points are very competitive with other lenders. We highly recommend VU!
