From start to finish, we had a great experience from the time we picked up a phone and want to become 1st time homebuyers. Our loan officer answered our questions throughly and took us through every step of the homebuying process. The To-Do List was easy and simple to use from uploading documents to verifying information quickly allowing us to complete these things in our time on a busy schedule. There was a lot of paperwork involved but it was worth it in the long run.
