This company is great to work with. I felt appreciated as a Veteran. They made the process easy to get our home. The website was easy to access.
Personally, my overall experience was fair, but could've been a lot better in a number of ways. (i.e.) having the best interest for the customer/client; especially, when acting on a situation that could cost the customer to come out of pocket for an unexpected expense. Being a first time HB, every dollar is accounted for, and when a loan officer fails to due his or her due diligence; unfortunately, it effects the client/customer in an unexpected way.
