This is the second time Ann has led her team to an successful closing for me. Ann, along with her team worked with me in making the refinance process even easier. There are many new feature that came along with this years closing, such as, a “To-Do List”, the ability to text your closing team, and the ability to upload all required documents. Another great option was that we had the ability to have a Notary come to our house to sign the closing paperwork which was so very nice.
