Documentation and funding arrived late on Friday so transfer of deed and funds had to wait until after 9am Monday 3days later.

I mostly had a very good experience, however on the initial CD there was an error in the property taxes that I caught. Also on the final CD I caught an error in my closing costs (home inspection was listed that I owed at closing, when it was already paid for). Both of there errors were corrected quickly
