We really loved working with our team! You guys were nothing but helpful understanding and kind to us first-time home buyers. We knew nothing and were lost at first but you guys quickly helped us find our footing. We cannot thank you enough for your time, patience, and work on helping us get into our dream house. Thank you so much!
My first mortgage payment was scheduled for 3/1/24. When I called two weeks in advance to set up payment for that date, I was told there would be no payment required, as my loan had been sold and I would need to arrange payments with the new lender. Now I'm being notified of a payment due with veteran's united on 3/1/24. I called in advance. I had the money. I was ready to make the payment. Veteran's united declined to allow me to make payment. Now you're notifying me of payment due?

Hooah! Hooah! For Veterans United! If you want to speak with authority about anything, it’s probably a good idea to have experienced it a time or two. This was my fifth home-buying experience and my third VA loan. I do believe that’s a sufficient enough number to give me a pretty good experience level to speak with confidence about my experience with Veterans United.
This was by far the most professional, and to use a term from my special operation days “Squared Away” home loan experience I’ve ever had.
From the initial call with Jake Wood through the highly interactive support and attention I received from my entire mortgage team, it was nothing short of “High Speed, Low Drag!!”
Not only would I recommend Veterans United to all my veteran brothers and sisters, I would say they would truly be missing out on the greatest VA home loan service experience ever if they went with another provider.
I mean yes, technically you can get a VA loan from many different sources, but take it from me you will not find a better “start to finish” experience than you will with Veterans United!I don’t know if Veterans United hands out awards or metals like we did in the Army, but if they do, I would recommend my entire Veterans United Home Loan Team for the highest accommodation!James H. Kayla, Louie, Erin and Deloris. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during this stressful time. You all are the greatest of all time!!
Love you guys
I was dead set on renting when I moved to Ohio, and really just submitted an application to Veterans United on a whim. I did not believe I could own a home, at all. Misty called me right after and worked with me every step of the way, taking care of me loan application and also calming my nerves when I needed it. The whole team was supportive and encouraging and made the entire process incredibly smooth. I can never thank them enough for making my impossible dream come true!
Overall the whole team did a outstanding job in which allowed us to close in a very short period of time.
Very helpful and always there if you needed them. Best people for veterans to find a home.
This was the 2nd time working with Veterans United and they did an outstanding job !!
They did everything to work around our schedule to get it done as quickly as possible! Thank you everyone who helped us accomplish our goal!!
Exceptional Lender for VeteransRating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently had the pleasure of working with Veterans United as my lender, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations and provided top-notch service.Veterans United demonstrated a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique needs of veterans. Their team was extremely knowledgeable about the VA loan process and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information and resources I needed to make informed decisions. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I never felt left in the dark or unsure of what was happening. The loan officer assigned to me was responsive, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. They guided me through each step, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.What impressed me the most was their dedication to finding the best loan options for my specific situation. They took the time to thoroughly assess my financial goals and worked diligently to secure a loan with the most favorable terms. Their commitment to providing personalized solutions truly sets them apart from other lenders.Additionally, Veterans United's online platform was easy to navigate and provided a convenient way to upload documents and track the progress of my loan application. It saved me a lot of time and streamlined the entire process.Overall, I highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran in need of a lender. Their expertise, exceptional customer service, and genuine care for veterans make them the ideal choice. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them and will undoubtedly turn to them for any future lending needs.
Great experience, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Thank you so much for having faith in me and allowing me the opportunity to be a first time home owner with my VA benefits.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENED VETERANS UNITED
My experience with the home buying was pleasantly surprising and I was able to get more help than I thought I would. As a first homeowner the people around identified the things I needs and the time I need to get things done.
Danielle did a great job replying to emails quickly despite her child being in the hospital. However, my overall experience was incredibly frustrating. For someone who was previously in mortgage lending, I felt I was constantly trying to keep up with unspoken changes in the loan requirements. I was most frustrated with the number of phone calls I received at the beginning of the process (many) vs toward the end of the process when I needed communication most (one). Mostly I was discouraged that the real estate agent received information about what we could afford before I did, despite the fact that I had asked multiple times and had to correct the lender about our finances. If I could do it over again, I would just use my local bank.
