Very easy to use begginer inrerface with the ability to quickly upload important documents that re needed for closing.

The service was professional and haggle/hassle free. However, for whatever reason I could not complete the process completely online and we had to relay on UPS. Not sure which is most cost effective but the online process would have been more convenient.

My underwriter, whom I never spoke to, was amazingly efficient and his/her efforts I completely recognize as hugely significant.Together, this team made a daunting and scary process achievable, and now I am in the house I could only dream of.
