Matt and the team were great. They made a stressful situation easier to maneuver through. The only thing I would recommend is, if possible, to inform home buyers of programs that may assist with down payments or home assistance grants for the disabled.

The process was simplified and broken into small steps and then reinforced by team members at each step. Matt and his team were in constant contact helping at each phase. I even got a cup of coffee for relaxing and a reminder to breathe and smile!
