Scott Davis has to be the best mortgage officer I have had the privilege of working with ever. If he says he will get you an answer to a question he does and in a timely manner. He is highly recommended. I would also like to compliment Annie who did a huge amount of work on documentation and approvals.

Scott was really good. Very quick to communicate. Any questions I had, he was quick & willing to explain. The only fault I have is that as a first time home buyer, I was very confused on many things. I would’ve like Scott to kind of prepare me a little more for possibilities. For instance, there was some unexpected closing costs I should’ve caught in the paperwork but did realize it until closing time. A forewarning or notification of that would’ve been nice. Other than that, Scott was amazing.
