The entire process was very nice. We loved the way we were able to upload all of the necessary documents with no pressure. Also the way everything was scheduled via our account. Both Toby and Mallory guided us well throughout the whole process. They made everything easy to understand and navigate.
Website is awesome- kept me updated and on track. I appreciate Bill and his great service. I was concerned that he locked the loan without communicating with us. We were hoping rates would drop and they did. Other than that, everything was excellent.
