He is highly regarded in the Veteran community because people genuinely like working with him. He has excellent customer service skills, an amazing work ethic, and genuine personal and professional integrity. I was able to get my loan closed early working with Craig and Nina Eackler! They never let me down and they processed all my required documents fast which relieved a great deal of stress. As soon as Craig knew I wanted to purchase a new home, he was on it, and he provided me with personal attention and service that exceeded my expectations. Both Craig and Nina were always available to talk with me or e-mail me updates regarding my loan progress. They are people of high moral, and professional standards, which is reflected in their work ethic. Their outstanding customer service and high level of integrity served me well.
