Chris and his team were outstanding. We fell in love with the first house we saw and it was a little out of reach. Chris and his team went the extra mile and left no option disclosed or stone unturned to help get us into our dream home. We forever are grateful for Chris and his team for his honesty and hard work through this whole process. You don’t have a loan officer typically send an updated pre approval letter at 9pm on a Friday night so we can put together an offer, but Chris made it happen!!!
Jackson and his team were great! Anytime, I would text Jackson a message, it would be late at night or the weekend he would respond in a timely manner. The fact he would respond so quickly was great because it was fresh on my mind and we could discuss my concern and he would immediately resolve my concern. A consummate professional!
The VU team made us feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole process - from well before we were under contract, to the day we closed, and even beyond.
