The communication between the initial loan startup and the closing was an easy going experience. If you submit documentation in a timely manner, the process should go smoothly.
I did not care for one of the so called team members. Never available via text or phone. Very vague in responses when I asked questions about information she had sent, very confusing information.
Loan officer was good, however there were just too many "to do" items sent after midnight and 2am that I would not see until the next day.

I also understand how confusing it can be to receive multiple to-do items late at night or early in the morning and not see them until the next day.

The process the company has adopted has been streamlined beautifully. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and it's very easy to find any information that may be needed.

Veterans United was a seamless fit from the beginning. As a first-time home buyer, I had LOTS of questions and after living overseas, I had a lot to work out before my home purchase was finally possible. They were with me the entire way and walked me through every step.
This was my first home buying experience due to PCSing during my career and not wanting to buy where perviously stationed. When I finally decided to buy after retiring from the military, all I kept hearing was "Use Veteran's United". I'll spare you every detail, but from day ONE they made sure if I had any questions/concerns that they were addressed immediately. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

My wife and I would like to convey (we learned that word from our real estate dealings, lol) our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of the Veteran's United Team!!!Our journey began with Smith Gaddy on May 23rd. This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. Our Realtor Isaac and Loan Officier were absolutely amazing and worked with us for years to find the right house.Unfortunately, the people hired for the appraisal made the end of this process extremely difficult.
