Thank you so much for all your help. However, the closing team was a real challenge in coming to terms to get this loan finalized.

VU was awesome! Thank you all!

The process went smooth, with a loan assumption happening almost faster than a new mortgage. Everyone said this would take ages, but they pulled through like champs!

We have been talking with Ryan way before we even started building our house. He provide us with important information through the entire process. He was there from the start of construction and kept constant contact all the way up until we moved in. This process was well over a year. There was never any pressure and he always provided the accurate answers. If any issues did arise he and Ashley would find the solution rather quickly. We have dealt with many mortgage agents, lenders, and relators in the past, but Ryan and Ashley have both far surpass any of them in many ways. They have shown true expertise, knowledge, and professionalism in ways that have far exceeded what my and my family required. The communication was outstanding and there was never a time I could of think of where I could not get a hold of one of them. Most of the time they called me. That says a lot these days when it usually is so hard to even get a person on the phone that can accurately answer a question in a relatively efficient time frame. If I ever do this again, they will be the first ones I try to reach out to. We absolutely whole heartly think you Ryan and Ashley for everything you have done for my family! Semper Fi & Semper Paratus!

I got only good things to say about veterans united. As a returning customer I am not disappointed. Thank you, Veterans United for exceptional service and quality personnel.

I do not fault Veteran's United - but this application effort was delayed beyond "Normal" due to late, strung well out Water Well Contingencies. I reported "My Rural Shared Waterwell early in this application - yet it became an issue unexpectedly way late in the process. I fault "Work at Home" VA Reviewers in Denver.
Interestingly - immediately after President Trump was Inagurated, signed a "Return to Work, end Work From Home" policy for Government Employees - magically on a specific day just afterwards - mine and other V.A. Applications appear to have been "Approved" in mass. Brandon communicated regularly, performed very well in this ordeal!
But I am a mere 100% Disabled Veteran, how would I know anything. (Leukemia due to Military Chemical Exposure).
My application went far beyond the time to close expected.... from 2024 to 2025 actually. However, All funds recieved and I am very pleased. Respectfully,
Charlie Brodie

I am glad I found Veterans United. Having a team assigned to you took a lot of the stress out of buying a home. I can’t recommend enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about VU. Five stars. They made my dream come true.

Veterans United made this whole process so amazing! Dane and his team of experts helped out and got us any answers we needed ASAP.

I've tried and tried and tried to get some sort of loan after being in my home for 20 years. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage refused to help (even though I had 5 times the amount of equity in my home over what I was asking to replace a collapsed sewer line). Veterans United took the actual time to listen to my issues and needs and converted my "either/or" into an "and" situation: refinanced my mortgage, paid off some high interest bills, and was able to get me enough cash-in-hand for my sewer line replacement. AWESOME AND EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!

We were so very pleased with Kyle and the team. This was a process that needed much information and understanding of unique circumstances. What a great job Kyle and team did. We can't be more pleased with his and the team services.Larry and Jody

My team went far beyond anything I could or would have expected from home loan companies. Usually based on percentages and what best suits their businesses, these gentlemen were more about getting me the loan than how much I would put down or how long the loan was for. Those of course, are key factors, but they were not the main topic of the loan it was minor in the overall scope of my situation with my marriage and finances and debt ratios in reference to VA loan guidelines. Everything has particulars that have to be followed and these men ensured that nothing fell between the cracks to cause problems later. That is what an excellent loan team will ensure for their customers and mine did to the extreme!!! Thank you!!!

I spoke to a different mortgage company during my time working with Veterans United just to help get reliable information and they were appalled by how Veterans United was handling things. Got misleading and frankly incorrect information, couldn't get a hold of anyone, and was generally put through the ringer.
Response from Veterans United
Hey Linnea,
I'm really sorry to hear that your experience with us was frustrating. That’s definitely not the kind of service we want to provide, and it’s concerning to hear that you had trouble getting accurate information and getting in touch with the team. Homebuying can be stressful enough without added frustration, and I’d really like to learn more about what happened.
If you’re open to it, please reach out to my team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’d love the chance to look into this and see where we dropped the ball.
YOU'RE the GREATEST !!!

We’ve worked with Veterans United twice and we have nothing but praise for the entire team. We’ve been treated like family and as a veteran I highly recommend Veterans United. They will treat you with respect, like part of the family and like you’re the only client they have. Believe me, that’s pretty Special!
