We where annoying with the amount of times we called with questions but never once did they seem to be bothered even when we couldn’t reach them with in the hour they reached back making the overwhelming process less frustrating

The process was easy-breezy! From the first contact on or about 9/30/23 to the closing on 11/16/23, the support, information and education was always there. .
Whenever I had to provide documents or review contracts, disclosures and applications, everything was explained in plain language with minimal jargon.
When I had insurance questions and concerns, Abigail McDougle was right there to help me wade through the minutiae to impartially help me make the best insurance coverage decisions. It was a relief to be able to make a knowledgeable choice with no added sales pressure.

Shout out to Jamie who was an amazing loan officer that helped us getting our first home and was extremely patient to answer all of our questions no matter what or when. I would recommend Veteran United to any veteran who is looking for their dream home.
It was actually less than 30 days from the time we found our house until we did closing. I would never have believed that it could go so smoothly, with that kind of pace. Totally THRILLED with our Veterans United experience our. My wife wanted to move but I didn't believe we were financially ready. As a good will effort to my wonderful wife, I searched mortgage companies around 930 pm on a Thursday night in January. Satisfied that I'd done all I could, I turned off the lights. Literally 2 minutes later, cheery Jeff Erdman, called me back! I was looking for stop signs, but only got green lights! Jeff had paperwork to me on Friday morning. We filled it out on Saturday. Tuesday morning Jon Beahan called and said we we're approved! 5 minutes after Jon called, my VU local Realtor, Tim O'Bryant called and we scheduled a Friday meeting. 5 minutes after talking to Tim, our Home Buying Concierge, Brittany called and was fantastic. Our home needed a bit of work that we finished in late June. During those 6 months, I was regularly, and pleasantly contacted by Jon, Daniel, Brittany and our realtor Tim. On Fri, 30 June, the sign went up for our home, with an ask of $250K, which my wife and I thought was about 14K above probable price. Saturday, 2 showings, Sunday 2 showings. Sunday around 530pm Tim called. 3 offers and the crazy one we accepted....$257,500, cash offer, no inspections and a quick close! Incredible! With the incredible VU website, we signed all the documents on Monday, the 3rd. But wait! There's more! At amazing Tim's suggestion, we were looking at condos in a very desirable area, but none were available. Friday the 5th, 515 pm. I saw the perfect condo pop up 4hrs after being listed. I called Tim immediately. Realizing the it was Friday evening, of 4th of July week, I knew he'd be busy, I told him we'd like to see it during the weekend. He called me back.."I've contacted the agent and I'll meet you there in 30 minutes". Shocked, but knowing Tim, not surprised, we met. We told him we loved it! Tim quickly re-arranged his schedule and we drove to his office and wrote up the contract! Sold a home, bought a home all i a week. Jon and is team were all over it and the great VU website made it amazingly easy. In Mary's and my minds, it was truly a miraculous journey, and we owe it all to Jon, Tim and all the team members. I know how proud the VU Executive Team must be of their amazing organization, and the too deserve great credit. I have written a similar note to Tim's Irongate Realty, telling them how smart they were to team with VU. If it's possible I think it would be wonderful if the busy VU Executive team, could reach out to Irongate's leaders and Tim O'Bryant too. Thanks for opportunity to share, and let Jeff Erdman know what a difference maker he is, and that every once in a while, those late nights, payoff! Very sincerely
