Great experience! Was a bit nervous during the entire process but everyone was always there for any questions and to see how we are doing. Glad we went through VU and if we ever do this process again we'd love to work with you all again.
Veterans United has been extremely helpful through this process. The communication was excellent and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. They were on top of everything, even contacting us when the rates lowered to assist us in taking advantage of that. Thanks to them we have a way better rate and the process was extremely easy! I can't thank them enough!

Megan’s work was asked several times to provide documents that they had already been provided. It was different people asking for the same thing which I think could’ve been resolved within VU rather than reaching out.
Zach and the entire VU Team are first class. Extremely professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and feels like working with family. From start to finish, it was first-class service and a complete joy to work with.
We had a pretty bad experience working with Veterans United, specifically our loan coordinator- Cameron Baker. Our insurance agent and real estate agent said the same thing.
Phil was very nice and was good at responding to voicemails and emails, but Cameron was awful. He did not tell us things until the last minute and then would take a week to respond to emails. My wife said it was awful trying to communicate with him and my realtor said the same thing. Cameron did not order things that needed to be done, he thought he could wait until the last minute, and then when we or our agents had questions about what needed to be ordered, he would not answer. This was so so stressful. This was supposed to be a good experience as we are first time home buyers, but I hated it. It was so unnecessarily stressful.And apparently I am not the only one who thinks this. Along with my realtor and insurance agent, my best friend, a 100% disabled veteran, got screwed out of a house and job for both him and his wife because of Veterans United.We had high hopes with you, but they were shot down.

Veteransunited CARES! They explained everything thoroughly, there were no surprises of what I was getting into; and all the financials were on point! They honored all VA policies and rates. There was full disclosure and NO unexpected (sneaky) costs. Complete transparency.
