VA united wasn't the lowest rate i found but the customer service, attention to detail, and personalized assistance was top notch!

Halfway through my refinance process, Schandler had to take over for the previous loan officer. I was concerned that I would have to repeat a bunch of stuff to get him spun up but that was not the case at all. It felt like he was there the whole time. literally could not have been a smoother process. Very impressed with the communication between the loan officers and their communication with me. Very pleased 😁 thank you Schandler!

It was an outstanding experience to work with Clayton again and Brenden. I would recommend any and every veteran looking for a smooth process and skilled team to work with Clayton and his team. Growing up owning and refinancing always seemed so daunting however Clayton not only made buying my house so effortless, seamless and smooth but also the refinance. I’m not sure if they get awards by Clayton and his team definitely deserve one.

I know there was a ton of backend work for me, but from my end - you guys all made it too smooth and during the process I was confident you guys would reach out if there were problems, needed more information, etc.I gave a overall 9/10 due to the final closing process. 100% understand it does not fall on VU but very sloppy and unorganized title company. Quite a few last minute changes from seller, etc. I was fortunate I was not kicked out of my residence or paying for hotel - moving forward this could be a huge problem for another veteran and wanted to just bring up.Thank you guys so much, it honestly means the world to me and my daughter.
