What a find! We stumbled into Veteran’s United through an online search of loan alternatives and selected them a pool that included our bank of 30 years. It was one the best financial decisions we’ve ever made. We found them to be exceptionally experienced and efficient in the process, and very sensitive to the fact we were first time home buyers. They talked us through every step of the process. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision we didn’t understand. We also think the concierge concept and customer service really set Veteran’s United apart from others in the industry. It’s been weeks since we closed and they are still calling us routinely to help coordinate our move into the new residence. We can’t say enough good things about Veteran’s United. They are the best. We’re grateful for everything they’ve done for us.

I want to give a big shout to Brett Henderson for being on top of every addendum, question, and document between the closing coordinator, sales team, title, etc. Brett was an incredible kind person with a very bright and charismatic energy that translated across their calls. They were very professional and made sure I got every document I needed and kept me up-to-date on every to-do-list I had without Brett I wouldn't have gotten everything done on time and on schedule.The entire team from Veterans United were instrumental in taking care of me as a Veteran of the United States Navy and disabled Veteran at that. With the entire team caring and prioritizing me I am able to be in a brand new beautiful house and have my own piece of the country I served to defend. They even are every bit as excited as I am to get in my house and my team even would like photos and videos so they can celebrate so I am excited to share those as well. I am gonna tag them all in Facebook :D my mom and dad are extremely happy with what they have done for me and the family and have made the process so easy that I couldn't imagine doing this without them. Because of this team and their endless care and work my family is taken care of and so are the families of so many other Veterans around the country. It's with great pleasure that I can recommend any one of them to my other Veteran friends and service members that they too can have a piece of what they signed up and swore to defend.
