The best loan officer definitely going to recommend her to my friends and family

Too much runaround Too many to-do's. The appraiser appraised the house at less than I was paying for the house, but didn't bother checking to see how much the seller was asking. Appraised at 303,000. Asking price 299,900. I offered 310,000 because I wanted the house. Veterans United dragged their feet and kept having us sign and review documents that sometimes were not necessary. We really felt that Veteran's United didn't want to lend us the money because we were only borrowing 62,775. Even on the day of closing they managed to screw things up and delayed the closing by over an hour. I never had any mortgage company treat us this way. As a Vet, maybe this was a fluke, but I can't recommend Veteran's United from my experience.
Response from Veterans United
John, we’re sorry if our actions led you to have a less than amazing experience. Government-backed loans do require documentation to ensure consumers are protected, regardless of the amount of the loan. While things can change during the loan process, we don’t ask for any information that is not needed to meet underwriting guidelines. The VA is in charge of managing the VA appraisers and their actions, but our Client Advocate Team is available to discuss any outstanding questions or concerns about that process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Emily and Paige are the best tag team you will ever encounter I can't thank these ladies enough I was so happy with them thank you again ladies you're amazing

Philip Hojnowski Always goes above and beyond!

I am grateful for the support the team provided to me. I think the wooden engraving which was sent to congratulate me on the home purchase was a lovely gesture by Veterans United. Thanks again.

Veterans United made my mom’s home buying process easy. They teamed us up with the best realty company (yay Ethan) and the best concierge team. Everyone answered every question we had and they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They made us feel like family!

I will most certainly recommend very highly the United Veterans Company to all concerned...

I felt rushed through the process.
Response from Veterans United
We appreciate your feedback, Christopher, and we apologize if our actions made you feel rushed in any way. One of our many goals is to work on the timeline you provide to meet your expected closing date. We understand we aren't able to back up and slow down at this time, but we hope our sincere apology helps you to know how much we value you. We wish you many happy years in your new home.

I felt very supported throughout the entire process. Veterans United made my first home purchase a dream come true. Every department from the loan officer to the loan concierge worked together like a team to accomplish the mission.

Kayla is exceptional!!! She is on the ball and knows her stuff. I had no clue what was going on in the beginning and she didn’t skip a beat to call me and answer any and all of my questions. Her team is also awesome sauce and willing to help any time. She was always punctual on getting back with me. If Kayla is your loan officer then you’re in great hand and you’ll be a home owner in no time. We closed on my house in less than a month!!!!

My team was exceptional! They were quick to answer any questions I had and would reach out to me to see how I was doing.
