Every step was taken care of for me; the real estate agent provided by Veterans United helped me negotiate the closing costs of the loan so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I got my earnest money back, and the only money I had to pay out of pocket was 550 for an appraisal! That is it! Normally, costs could be 8k for closing, 8k for other related fees, and a downpayment. Veterans United even selected a real estate agent who also helped every step of the way with even the simplest questions and recommended a lawyer for the closing costs where the lawyer's fees were tacked into the loan so I did not have to pay out of pocket or worry! I would not have been able to buy a house without Veterans United!

Buying a home can be a nail biting experience and I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided it was time to take that step. I had seen Veteran's United many times and decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I did! From getting my pre-approval right down to the closing they made it super easy! I have family and friends who purchased homes in the past and talked about the long, drawn out steps they had to take and the how hard it was to get to closing but that wasn't my experience at all! Veteran's United matched me up with an amazing loan officer and his incredible loan coordinator, they provided a concierge to help me find services and keep me on track all the way past moving day, and they even matched me up with the perfect realtor!
