Veterans united is great! Didn't see the point of the concierge
VU provided a personal experience with a knowledgeable team that not all lenders can provide. I can't be leave how quickly they were to respond when I had a question, or needed information. Thanks so much you guys!
The experience with Jon and his team was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. Even when I was being a pest and calling every day they still treated me as if my concerns were most important. Awesome team! I would recommend Jon McCarty and his team in a heartbeat!
The loan process ran so smoothly and we're so happy we decided on Veterans United!
Fantastic process. Everything I needed to do was well laid out and timed out. Responsiveness was top notch. Made the whole process fun for mu first home puschase.
My journey with veterans united was a 2 year process and my credit was not good enough to qualify at the time. They worked with me and taught me alot about credit and how to build it. Once I qualified they we're the first to reach out and put a team of professionals around me to help find my home. I would recommend them to everyone. " Veterans United where opportunities are homemade.
During this process, I lost my mother. My mother was the main reason that I ventured into getting a house. Everyone on this team was understanding and super helpful! I appreciate you guys for supporting me through this hard time. Thank you!!!
I would 10/10 recommend this team to anyone. Great people and kept me in the loop through the whole process.
THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!
Thanks to all of you
Everyone was fantastic and helped so much. Even getting the title paperwork to me when I was hundreds of miles away for work. Everyone deserves a raise and so much more. The entire process was so easy and straightforward. Thank you Everyone so much.

My experience was great from the beginning up to the closing date. The application was easy, support from Billy was extraordinary, and providing/singing documents was easy. At closing there where multiple issues with getting the final loan numbers that caused the process to be extremely long and confusing.
I would highly recommend Veterans United.
They know everybody you need to know locally to get things done with buying a home. Local realtors, title companies, UTLA, (Lindsey, Mallory and the entire staff), home owners insurance people, Home Appraisal outfits that go the extra Mile to ensure you get the best comparison possible.
Everything went well very professional with veterans united.however when it came to the closing between the realtor and the closing officer I was put on the spot humiliated in front of everyone.relator had told me to bring a money order for closing cost.when the closing officer left the room to upload stuff and then stormed in the room raising her voice with a attitude asking the reason for my different last name on it and it was a money order Instead of a cashiers check.i explained because it came out of my bank account and I hadn't changed my name since divorce due to covid and also was told not to change anything during buying a home.i felt attacked and viewed as a criminal in court.how humiliating. I said my load officers have all my information including bank.then she pulls out my page of credit.history with names and said she knew I had already went over this with the loan company but have you went buy all these names I said not all are mine the names weren't even spelled correctly. Mean while my realtor stops talking to her coworker looks over my shoulder and says is that all you girlfriend my god raising her voice .I stopped talking and marking off the names because I felt I was being purposely humiliated and not buying a home.very unprofessional. While looking for homes the realtor kept telling me things I didn't need if a house was big or yard because it was just me living there was worried because I hadn't paid taxes or utilities. She is working with veterans united.and didn't know I am tax exempt due to disabled vet.after closing was locked out of house .the sales realtor threw the key in the house locked it.and I only was given a garage door opener.when I got to the house the doors wouldn't open due to owners shutting power off instead of letting it transfer over to my account. Meanwhile it was 100 outside blazing out stuck for a hour .had to run get battery's spend 30 bucks on battery's I didn't need realtor thought maybe it was that .dead batterys.lock Smith was called got me in.my feelings was very hurt in the closing with the way I was treated. Realtor seemed to be into socializing with the seller realtor her Co worker.only stopped her conversation to humiliate me about my last names.from previous marriages.wasnt a great experience. And as a combat veteran for this country and to be treated that way buying a house in america I'd say it's went to crap except veterans united Jon Andria and Rachel were very professional.
