Would not recommend. The team will instantly ghost you the moment you get under contract. Once deadlines are in place the representative will start taking 4 day weekends, without advising anyone.
The team made the process way more stressful than it had to be and I wish I had stayed local in terms of a lender.

Be more selective in situations where you have someone buying and selling...experience in both matters. Utilizing the same agent on both transactions seems efficient but I did not have that experience. I will definitely utilize VU for my next home purchase but will probably look elsewhere for a knowledgeable and helpful selling agent.
I wasn't sure I would own a home one day, but thanks to Veteran's United that dream has become reality. Thank you all so much!
