I had no idea buying a home could be this easy. The team was on top of everything and always communicated quickly and professionally. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Kennedy is straightforward and is a man of his word. He follows up and calls when he says he is going to call. He helped make the entire home buying process a stellar experience. We will definitely pick him again should we buy another home.

I can see where the home buying process would be very changeling for most people, however; working with the professionals at United Veterans they took the stress out of the equation. I would recommend all Veterans looking for a home to start with United Veterans. Before, during and after the sale, UV is always there when you need them. WAY TO GO TEAM.

Didn’t think that I was even going to be able to buy a house. Justin was there even early in the morning we get it done and I couldn’t have said thank you to Ashley too! Ashley helped me explain everything as simple as it could be. Thank you both for helping me! Dude I bought a house 😝

Levi is an outstanding human being, beyond his obvious financial skills. I wasn’t expecting the level of patience and empathy he exhibited during the extended search for our home. I’ve already recommended him to a coworker who’s looking for a home here in Florida. Levi and Jenny were a blessing to us, and are a huge asset to your business.

We want to thank Veterans United in the purchase of our home. They did an outstanding job. Thank you so much for everything that you did for us.

I had a lot of hesitations using my VA loan after hearing some bad stories from friends and reviews online. Though we did have some hiccups we ended up right where we were supposed to. I'm thankful for the Veterans United team for working hard to get us into our first home!

I would recommend Nick Vances people to help any Veteran for sure.

Underwriting. Wow. They didn’t suck this bad the last time I used VU. I don’t understand how it can be that hard to look at a letter that says 100% VA disabled and then match that with a simple federal calculator for the payment I will receive for the rest of my life. It’s literally federal law. Underwriting had a month to figure it out. It’s either yes this works, no this won’t work, or we need xyz to make a decision. Their failure to do their job in a timely fashion resulted in the closing date being pushed back over the weekend and me jumping through hoops for early occupancy since I was homeless. For people following black and white rules/regulations/laws, I was not impressed. You’d think they’d be better at their jobs and determining things related to the VA since they specialize in VA loans. And the earnest money. Really. I submitted the document they asked for three times (proof/receipt of electronic fund transfer). Then I submitted another document that said the same thing (my bank statement showing the withdrawal for electronic funds transfer). Then I had to combine these previously submitted documents into one pdf, highlight the parts that supported what they were looking for, and insert their language verbatim before they finally realized both of these documents showed exactly what they asked for. No additional supporting document was provided for the earnest money. They just needed to read what I had previously submitted 10 times and they needed me to explain their own request. It was ridiculous. Reading is hard. Underwriting is the only reason I didn’t rate my overall experience a 10. Josh, the second Josh that I talked to once when primary Josh was out of the office, Rachel, and Joedi were all wonderful.

The amount of information requested was excessive. In cases it was somewhat intrusive and justified.

The VA doesn’t have the greatest Rap sheet when it comes to customer service, and we were blown away at the amount of support and ease of use from Veterans United. Every home buying process has its struggles and obstacles but Chris and Dena were supportive through them all, very communicative, and greatly reduced our stress during our time working with them.

I’m so grateful to now be apart of the veterans United community! Every person I spoke with throughout this entire process were extremely professional, understanding, and supportive in every way! Thank you all so much for making my first home buying experience a pleasant one!

veterans united has been a great help throughout the home buying experience.

Everyone helped a great deal. I would highly recommend anyone that's a vet to use them for their next home purchase

Final thoughts for improvement. Clean up lines of communication with respect to who provides the water report. Also, if it can be helped, make sure all final documents are provided at least 4 hrs prior to Closing...this would give the purchaser time to read through the final documents in case they are traveling!

Veterans United made the home buying process so easy that it almost felt like I was doing something wrong. A great overall experience with personal touches that made the biggest purchase of my life actually enjoyable.
