I could not have asked for a better loan officer to work with. Charles was very patient with me. I studied the market for over a year, and Charles was there to answer all of my questions. When I found my home, Charles was there and efficient. He made the home buying process smooth and efficient. I look forward to working with Charles again in the future!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire experience. Mike, Jesse and Dene’ were absolutely incredible and knew exactly how to ease our worries and got back to us immediately when we called. They were so professional and GREAT at their jobs. We couldn’t have asked for a better team :) . We couldn’t wait to send them our closing picture to let them know all their hard work had paid off!
We ended up closing 6 days late because although the well and septic inspections were on the loan estimate I did not notice them. Monday (before we were due to close on Tuesday) was told that I needed them by 5pm (that same day) if we wanted to close on Tuesday. Now mind you the PEST Inspection was on my TODO list (I submitted it by the 19th) but the well and septic inspections were not. Yes, I know I should have realized it was on the loan estimate. If anyone had mentioned it on Friday I could have had them done by Monday & we could have closed on time. Can anyone tell me WHY only the pest inspection was on the TODO list well prior to the original closing date, when all 3 were on the loan estimate? When I didn't see it on my TODO list, I didn't think about it. And so we closed late. Up until this I had been very happy with Veterans United. I really liked the TODO list. Too bad if didn't include Well & septic on my required inspections.

I’m not sure who’s reading this. However, I hope that for just a moment you could step into time with me and feel the excitement and joy I’ve received from Nicole, Kelly, Sue, and the DR Horton crew. From the moment I got the pre-approval to the day of closing was such a huge success and happiness. I was so very well supported and felt so relaxed in the whole process. Even when my human emotions stepped in I felt like they stepped in with me. God picked the most amazing group of individuals to make my way straight in front of me and they definitely delivered. Not once did I feel alone and at times I felt like they were rooting for me more than I was rooting for myself. Thank you all for making this process so enjoyable and stress free. In other words, thanks for stressing out for me. I never felt alone. I never felt like I needed to ask questions. It’s like you all knew what I needed before I asked. Even when I did asked, I never had to asked a second time. I wish you guys knew exactly how grateful I am and how much you all have made this chapter in my life so much better. Not only did you all allowed God to use you all for the greater good of my life but, also the betterment of my children. Thank you all.
