the adt people from safe haven was horrendous. i originally signed up, was told i would not be charged anything to the day of service, yet was charged when i cancelled my appt BEFORE the appt. also, i was given a new loan servicer, but when i called for any info on it, i wasn't in the system and they cant find me.
Overall everything was smooth throughout the whole process with each house I looked at. They were quick with getting back to me on numbers and excellent communication with questions and deadlines. Thank you for the help. I had no problems.

The only suggestion for improvement is if everyone would follow Mike Dianics approach to text first and check if I am available for a call, the others directly call and this can be interrupting in a job like mine.

The team was always professional and explained things in a way that my wife and I understood them the first time! One Saturday, my wife and I were having a conversation and a question came up between us. I told her I would send the question to Marty and we should hear back on Monday. About 15 minutes later, my phone dinged and Marty had responded! I thanked him for responding and told him it could have waited until Monday.
