I spent the past 10 years of my life being homeless. But after a long fight with the Veteran Affairs for my rightful benefits and working to get my credit score improved, I’m now a home owner! My first night in this house I spent a lot of time thinking back on all I’ve lost along the way and all I’ve been through during that time, but the feeling of being in a home that is now my own is indescribable. It’s simply an awesome feeling!I’m glad I chose to go with Veterans United to take advantage of my VA home loan. Devin Cott was my loan officer and Liz Schulte was my Concierge and both were very professional and punctual and helped walk me through the process of buying a home. I highly recommend Veterans United!

my loan started with a click. I didn't think I'd ever own a house. Now a few clicks later my family has a house in a beautiful neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for more.

Only thing I would change is be more up front about fees that veterans united charges that are added to the loan also if possible give a general amount of upfront cash the buyer may need before they start looking. Other then that the process was very easy took about 3 week to close from start to finish. I will highly recommend veterans united

I do not believe that you give the concierge team enough ‘tools’ to do their job. When I asked I received 2 moving companies to contact for my move - but I used a company out of Florida that is owned by a former 1st responder. Your team offered to quote my insurance needs for my new house and my 2 cars. However after I asked several times for these quotes I was told that this could not be done. Another issue I had was the ‘estimated closing costs’ For several weeks I was provided with the current interest rate and the anticipated closing cost. When I selected a rate I was anticipating a refund of my deposit monies of close to $2,000 and 2 days before closing I was informed I had no refund coming but in fact had to pay $750.00. The reason I was given is unanticipated ‘3rd party costs’ but VU costs were the same. I believe a better estimate could have been prepared prior to closing

This team has been wonderful to work with!

We were pleased with the service we received throughout the process from Veterans United, and the customized pizza board was a great touch which we enjoyed our first night in our new home.

Veterans United went above and beyond to make sure the home-buying process was as simple and stress-free as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend the VU team to any veteran looking to become a homeowner.

well I know sounds like I’m repeating myself lol everybody like I said did an excellent job I don’t know how you guys do it. Being able to fill out everything online was so streamline and easy! But not to pat myself on the back, but I was sure that every time you sent something to be filled out. I immediately got on it. Everybody worked extremely well together like I said couldn’t have been an easier transaction even through the few goof ups on the sellers behalf, of course it all worked out perfect, thank you so much. My wife and I are beyond thrilled. God is good!

My home buying process was stressful at sometimes but they did it. I recommend this whole team to any one. They were totally amazing. They never gave up. They kept on fighting to get this home buying process done. I just want to say thank you to everyone involved. Take care and be blessed.
