I really appreciated how well everything was explained to me especially since this was my first time buying a home. Everyone was extremely helpful and considerate and patient with me.
I have worked around the world, but never have I had the pleasure of work with a dedicated team of focused professionals, as pleasant as our Loan Team. All questions answered and in a timely fashion, patience is defined by these people. They never claimed to know everything, but they knew where to find real, concise accurate information and answers. Derek and Austin and Katie and Eric Burns, moved themselves straight to the top of the Christmas card list!!!. Not only did we buy a home, we found friends, a true gift in any circumstance. Together, we fought the good fight, as Brothers and Sisters in Arms, we will forever stand as Veterans United!

Mr. Kyle Black is the worst transaction coordinator that I have worked with over the past 3 years (second home. Fifth large purchase with a coordinator).His communication capabilities were subpar with my agent and myself.We submitted 11 amendments. One was due to my error. At least 3 were due to Mr. Black.Mr. Black would push a task to me (apparently I work for you guys) with out communicating it properly or at all. He would Identify issues without offering remedial courses of action. This transaction should have failed to occur because of the actions of Mr. Black and Mr. McCarty. Fortunately, I have an incredible agent as the seller had patience.I am dissuading as many of my friends to use local lenders in place of VU. I have convinced two already. I look forward to taking more.The only solution to remedy this abhorrant customer service is to refund the 3% loan probation fee taken by your firm.

Jessica Erb was also excellent. I enjoyed working with her and she also provides very timely communication.This is our third some purchase with Veteran's United. We keep coming back because of the phenomenal customer service and ease of the process. I find the app and VU portal to be very user friendly and time effective. Holly and her team set the bar high for other lenders to compete with. They are true superstars! We have already referred her to several friends looking to buy a house. Great job Holly & Jess!
This process was not easy, and that was because of life. Gotta be honest, at one point I didn't think it was going to happen, but I want to really thank Dylan and Joshua as I worked with you two going on what, 3 years?? You both have been apart of the full journey and thank you is no where near good enough. Without you two and the entire team, we wouldn't be in our forever home.
