The Veterans United team was the most easy and best team I ever worked with and this was the fourth house I purchased but first time using them. Looking back I’d use them for the other purchases and will definitely be using them again should I ever buy another house

it was a real pleasure doing business with Julia and Sarah. They were very professional and at times funny to talk to, love the interaction.
I went in having no idea what I was doing because it was my first time buying. VU answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they were and how big or small they were, in a matter of minutes every time. Knowing I wasn’t their only client and still showing me as much dedication they did absolutely blows my mind. The most friendly and caring and supportive people I have ever worked with in a super stressful process. They were the relief I needed. 100/10 recommend them. Also the best rate I could find. So on top of being amazing, their rate was the best I found.
The process should have been a lot smoother. The time it took to complete the to-do list caused me to loose a nice property because the owners said it was taking to long. We are very happy with the place we ended up with.
For a Veteran, the interest rates are way to high. Thought we, being Veterans would get a lower rate but when all is said and done, we are paying the same or higher rates than a conventional mortgage. Interest rates should be set at 3 to 4 percent for all Veterans. We went in a served our country to the best of our ability and some of us did not get to come home, for those of us that did, give us some kind of break.
The absolute best in professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality. We never felt abandoned and never had to wait for answers. Their time management was excellent!!! They cared for us like we were their family. Awesome!!!
Better communication regarding closing dates between realtors, etc. Also heads up on payment methods for closing didn't know we needed cashier's check. Thanks
