After a long struggle figuring out what job to take and where to live, we finally made our way to Tennessee. We said no to many and found the right home for us, our fur babies, and our plants. It’s an acre with a pool and a fenced-in backyard. Happiness was found with the help from our realtor and VETERANS UNITED!
The entire process from the initial phone call to closing, the Veterans United team was there step-by-step. The process is extremely refined and efficient. I know there is a ton of paperwork that goes on behind the scenes but as long as you, the customer, can provide necessary documentation and work with the team you will have your new home very quickly. You don’t know what you don’t know so don’t be afraid to ask questions about anything as they can and will assist as they are very knowledgeable! 10/10 across the board!

I haven’t owned a home in 40 years. It was an anxious undertaking to say the least. The entire team was very responsive. The first Real Estate Agent didn’t work out. Veterans united wanted to know why and worked out a solution. I said I was anxious, but honestly, I might not have been. Every question and concern was answered by every team member. This is my second time buying a home but the first time using veterans united and I will always use veterans united in the future if I end up moving on. It was the easiest process using VU which was such a relief for me.They were there every step of the way to answer any questions, explain things multiple times if needed, lol. I cannot recommend them enough, it's the only way to go.

Sometimes I had trouble connecting with my loan officers. It can be frustrating to leave messages and not have any return communication. Maybe they should put in their voice recording when they are out of town or gone for any extended period and an alternate person to contact. Otherwise the experience was mostly good. Thanks.
