James was a go getter from the start. We had some issues and he dug in and pulled it all together. Mallory was on top of her game, she went WAY Above and beyond for us. She literally saved our loan and pulled off a miracle to do it. This whole team was phenomenal and we certainly hold them all in the highest regards. The very thoughtful gift they hand picked just for us was perfect. My wife was so amazed that they cared about something near and dear to her, she actually had a tear in her eye.
