Reaching out to Veterans United was the best decision that me and my family could have made during this process. Within minutes of requesting a quote I was contacted by Dava, our Veterans United loan officer. She helped me get the rest of my application together and within 30 minutes had us pre-approved for the amount that we requested so that we could start the search for our first home. Shortly after that I was contacted by Ben, our home buying concierge. He set us up with a local realtor who specialized in VA loans, and we were able to start looking at houses that same day. The whole process was extremely fast and painless. The expert knowledge that everyone at Veterans United had made us feel very comfortable that we were in good hands.
