For as long as I can remember I just rented. Being in the Marine Corps you get used to moving every could years and never settling. It wasn't until my family found out that my Mom"s lung cancer came back during COVID. Her health began to deteriorate, treatment after treatment, even with physical therapy. We decided it was time to make a change.
We searched through several companies, several internet sites until we came upon Veterans United. After don't some research and talking to some fellow veterans at the VA we decided they were right for us. We inquired and within 24 hours we had a team of the best professionals it had been my pleasure to work with. They were with my family and I through the whole process from start to closing.

Anxiety was an understatement. When I first spoke to Brandon he said, “Don’t thank me yet, thank me when you walk through the door of the new home.” He assured me that if I could get done everything required we could close soon. Close soon he said! Try 23 days, 23 days. I went under contract on 02/01 and Brandon and his team had keys in my hand on 02/23. Between being a seriously wounded vet and a cop for the last 16 years I have met a lot of people. I have built a home early in my life and I was the builder so I handled all of the organizing, communication, etc. this is my first time buying a home. It was incredible to have such an organized team working with us and handling all of the stuff that goes into home buying!
