As stressful as the process is they try and make it as palatable as possible and they do a fantastic job and keep you informed thoughout the process. If you call and they can't talk atm they will call back in timely fashion. Emails are even quicker, i appreciate them and their work to get me into my home in an unsavory market.
Love the App. Appreciated all the points of contact but I did feel that occasionally no one talked to each other within the company so there was a ton of repeating information ect. But overall easy and happy with results.
Sam, Kari, & Justine are excellent people, nice and fantastic to work with, (you really felt that they went that extra mile for you).
