My initial preapproval wasn't what I wanted and they explained to me what I needed to do to be preapproved for a higher amount. Great customer service, will be referring any veterans I know to them.

Great to work with the loan team. Jacob made my first home buying experience a great one. In the midst of uncertainty, he was a candid point of knowledge and sound judgment.
Low rate and very low closing costs, but my big surprise was the money back I didn't think I will have any money back at closing. My loan specialist is very professional. I trust Veterans United more today than before I started my loan process.

Our loan officer, Patrick, was amazing! He was thorough and was very patient with explaining all of the hypothetical scenarios I would throw at him. He checked in frequently so we felt we were in capable hands, and we were! Closed on time with zero issues—would recommend Patrick 1,000 times over!
