Veterans United was the first and only lender I reached out to and I'm glad I did. They stayed in constant communication with me, I never felt like I was figuring things out on my own. I have nothing but the highest opinion of the entire team that helped me with this process from start to finish. They have been nothing but professional, informative, and timely in responses to questions I had.
I complied with everything they requested. Then things changed. Every thing had to be done over, in different average. The changes were always at the last minute putting my wife in a constant fear the loan wouldn’t go through. My wife is 79 years old. She did not need this stress.
Truthfully, just really long gaps between communication to and from the underwriter - to me it seems like there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Rachael was pleasant :)
