Very helpful got it done when rocket couldnt
At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
Julie was very helpful through the whole process. She was quick to respond to my questions and was a great guide through all of it.
If there was a higher rating number than 10 for the overall rating, I would have placed it. Everyone did great.
