Jessica was the best. She was there throughout - answering questions and smoothing problems. Our underwriter was actually over the top and caused a lot of grief. Everyone in my Veterans United group did a great job. My meaning of group is there were 4 people I could get a hold of if I had questions. Louie and Mike handled the loan and went above and beyond. We had a surprise issue 2 days before closing and we all worked together. The closing was only a day late.
