No sense or care for any of the buyers request. Information regarding our closing date was withheld from us. Over 7 addendums needed to be signed over the course of the transaction including one after final singing and notary. Very unorganized and unprofessional experience.
As I started before overall, I had a pleasant experience. There was really only 1 or 2 things or processes that could have been handled bette. Other than that, everybody was very professional and courteous.

Well first of all Veterans United made my dream become a reality. I would have never thought that a institution would give me a time and day to approve me on a mortgage with today's time. My assigned team was spectacular, they made this whole process too easy though the taps of your finger. I work 3rd Shift and the amount of communication that needed to going back and forth was the perfect amount.
