I'm glad I picked Veterans United for my home loan, because the agents that worked on my case couldn't have been more helpful. They made the process very easy, made sure I was kept up to date with everything, and explained parts of the process I didn't understand. We we told at different points that the underwriter, and loan officer didn’t know what they were waiting for for approval, but it was holding our account.
