Veterans United made the process extremely smooth as a service member still assigned overseas but buying stateside. Any issues stemmed from working with the real estate agent majority via text and in what seemed to be limited window to discuss the house and even potential options if said house was not going to be viable to purchase. I would recommend the company to any service members I serve with, and already have to a couple. But would encourage to find an agent on the ground if they already know of one they want to work with.
Over all, I think Kelley has a really approachable and competent team. This is what a Loan Team should be. I felt like I was talking to people I actually know throughout the whole process. They never leave me out of anything and were always in contact. The closing date I needed was almost impossible but they made it happen.
I don't like being told things only to have them changed at the last minute. Just feels like I was taken advantage of
