My experience with Veterans United was unique and modern (precisely the way I prefer it). The online portal and mobile app resources made the process seamless and efficient. Being able to sign and review documents through DocuSign was incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay on top of everything without unnecessary delays. The instructional videos were beneficial, and I appreciated the proactive communication from the team to ensure I had everything I needed along the way.

Great team and very thoughtful! I was a first time homebuyer, lots of questions every day. Every person I talked to answered my questions directly without beating around the bush. A lot of people say the VA home loan is hard and requires a lot, it’s not if YOU as the buyer or seller do your part of the process.
