Thanks for your help Veterans United.

Today was one of the most happiest days of my life. Became i am a home owner for the first time at age 48 after many years of wanting a piece of the dream i fought for in the Navy. I want to thank my great new family at Veteran United whom walk ,e through every step of the process and help me get something that many generation of mine may enjoy.

Very Happy

Yes I do, and here it is "Lindsey was the Commanding General who working with all of her Spealty Soldiers each one having their own Spealties worked to get me A UNITED STATES MARINE A HOME IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and to add to this They stepped up like Marines, and fought a good fight a Valiant fight like Marines charging into the Battle of Home Ownership and taking the Ground known as 711 5th St NW Aliceville, Alabama 35442!!. It was a uphill battle, but Object of Aquiring Home Ownership was (Achieved)!!

EACH MENBER OF THE TEAM, WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL

Couldn't ask for better representatives in my case, moving from LA to Tennessee not knowing anyone. They were Awesome!

The team was great, I had a good experience being a first time buyer.

Being in our seventies and not very computer savvy I cannot say the process was easy for me. But, in the end we are in our brand new home and loving it!

Overall it was an "ok" experience. I would say I was frustrated with the requirements for a home that has a well on it. It seemed that the Veterans United team were not clear on what was required for a house with a well until we were close to closing. This caused a lot of schedule changing and date changes for my move. I understand that some of this was out of their control however, There should be a checklist that is easy to read for homebuyers that may be purchasing a home with things like wells, septics, radon systems, etc. This way, we can get the inspectors out there earlier. Lastly, I wanted to comment on the unclear "clear to close" timeline I got. Josie told me 48 hours, then said it may be rushed to 24 hours, then the underwriter said 72 hours no matter what. If its a hard line then say so from the beginning. Giving me hope that there's a chance I can close early made things difficult for scheduling. Just some feedback for the team.

Over all 10/10! This whole home buying experience was a breeze. Everyone with VU that I talked with was super polite and passionate about their job! I’m so glad to of been recommended them by a friend! I have been talking VU up all around town! Thank you guys so much for everything you have all done!

I was elated to work with Veterans United because they treated me with respect and truly made me feel special as a Retired Disabled Veteran. :) Thank you again so much for the way to treated me and my Wife

VU did an excellent job working with me for 1 year while I browsed and shopped in numerous states and worked with me through it all! In my opinion they are the friendliest and most helpful staff in the country! Highly recommend any others choose them too! They have my full endorsement!

Every member from the team was able to assist me throughout the process. They were quick to reply back with any questions or concerns I had as this was my first time purchasing a home.
