Nicole was great to work with on this team and I appreciate her quick text and responses that made this such an easy process. She was a big part of this being done so quickly and smoothly.
The last week of closing was not as smooth as usual. I have verified the closing date of 9/1 back on 8/9. Despite the notice, many items needed for underwriting were not requested until the last week, some the day before and day of closing. This is our 6th VU mortgage, and it felt like we were not valued as long term customers. Billy was the only saving grace, pushing it across the finish line literally the hour before closing.
This was my first home. VU made this life changing decision easy and fun. Everyone was amazing - super kind, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in me and my family! I would absolutely use VU again and highly recommend!

Started out showing great concern, but then it stopped. Towards the end I thought I was left hanging

One team member, Dene, was less efficient and knowledgeable. It seemed that Kyle had to step in and help out a few times when she would make mistakes. Otherwise, the experience was great. I’d definitely use Veterans United and Kyle again! This is my second time working with Kyle!

The overall experience was about as smooth as we could have ever hoped for. We were hesitant at first because we've all heard the horror stories of VA loans being difficult, but it was the complete opposite! Everyone was super helpful, friendly and made the entire process easy. We put in an offer on our dream home, and in less than a month we had closed and were moving in. I am hoping that we never have to use their services again, but only because we love our home and plan to live here forever. If we ever need to buy another home though, they will be who we go through. A+ for Veteran's United.
