I felt that I was being called about items that needed doing constantly. I have a new job and couldn't take calls. It seemed like we were repeating the same "to do" task over and over and over again. When I did finally speak to someone, they were beating around the bush instead of saying what I needed to do and how to do it. This made it seem fishy (scam like). I became so overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork and phone calls, I wanted to cancel looking for a house completely. My husband wouldn't go for it. I had no idea the loan fees and additional charges would be so high until closing.
The whole process was smooth, and very pleasant. Home buying is a very stressful time, and everyone I worked with were super knowledgeable, helpful, professional, friendly, and reassuring. I could not recommend this team enough! 101/100!

I think Veterans United did a great job, I was constently informed and updated on everything through out the process and any questions that I may have had were answered by phone or email and I just appreciate all the hard work and professionalism.
