Wish we would have had Chris Primmer whole time. Multiple people made it confusing sometimes.
Bridgette definitely lacked training, often giving us incorrect information. She requested documentation we didn't need and then when confronted with it, she always said we misunderstood. She was a thorn in our side during this loan process. I definitely would not go with Veteran's United again.

Top-notch team! Very supportive and knowledgeable about the real estate, loan processing, and transitioning. Purchasing a new construction home out of state is challenging because you can’t QA the process of the home in various stages.
