She immediately realized how stressed I was with this whole process, and she was so helpful, patient, encouraging, kind, and most of all loving! She really treated me like I was a family member! I am so thankful that GOD blessed me with her! I can be really difficult to work with, but Kat made me feel at ease about EVERY MOVE I MADE!
