This team made the home buying process very simple for us. The checklist was awesome and we were never unsure about the next step. If we had any questions they were answered very promptly even if it was later in the evening. This was not something we expected, but it was greatly appreciated!

I’m not happy with the team I worked with. Between Rachel and the APR issue and Stephanie with a lack of communication. Stephanie was not helpful with the underwriter and provided little guidance. The only reason I ended up going with VU is because of the APR. If it wasn’t for that I would have been with a different company.

The entire team was fantastic.
As this is my second time working with Veterans United for home buying reasons, I cannot fully fault this side for how rocky this purchase was. However, I was incredibly disappointed in the overall lack of communication between lender and title and the expectance of myself, a Veteran with PTSD, anxiety and depression to constantly be a middle man between the two. I hope from this experience, no one else ever has to go through what I did.
