From beginning to end Zach and Britney were awesome. They made sure any fears we had were laid to rest. They made sure we knew what was going on all the time and even helped out with a buyers credit. Nothing short of awesome. Woukd definitely recommend. Will use in the future if I need to.
This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. This is the 7th house I have purchased, and the amount of back and forth to make a fairly simple purchase was exhausting.

My only negative is I did not want to pay taxes and insurance with my monthly payments. I usually pay the whole bill the day it is due.

The experience was good and I was glad to lower my monthly payment. I do think however the amount of closing costs on a refinance, or at least mine, seemed to be really steep. I know your purpose is to make money but would be nice to see those costs be made more affordable or not have have such a long lasting impact.
Sheldon is off the charts! Never enough good things to say. He made the refi process scary easy. He provided excellent service and exceeded all of my expectations. The team I had from Veterans United made my experience of buying my first home seem easy. I had zero knowledge of purchasing a home and they walked me through every step of the process start to finish. The app is an amazing tool that made me feel like I knew what I was doing.
