Working with the crew at Veterans United has been an enjoyable experience. Logan and Brandon and the rest of their team are very professional and make the entire process as simplified, quick, and painless. At least as painless as the home buying and refinancing process can be. I appreciate all of the time, effort, and professionalism, not only of this team, but the entire Veterans United operation.

I couldn’t ask for a better team when going through the home buying process. I also would like to thank them for the special welcome gift for our new little girl. It was a very big but special surprise to come home to a gift set to welcome our newest member of our family.

Nick Holman and his entire team constantly went above and beyond for us! We had a very short closing period (that included three major holidays) and our closing was on time and super fast! Nick also attended our closing to help with any questions and to expedite the entire experience. The entire team was always on the same page, fast with responses to questions, and always so kind and helpful (even with our silly questions). They were always just a call, text, or email away. The software to upload all of our documents was also super user friendly and made it so easy on us to have everything turned in fast! Extremely satisfied and can't even begin to describe our gratitude. Thank you so much!

The underwriting team should be completely redone. The only and absolutely only delay in all this crap show of a loan was on underwriting. To say they read documents and are trained to do their job is absolutely laughable. I sent double and triple documents to them stating the exact same thing on numerous occasions. To have to send the same thing highlighted with notes on it like they were in grade school so they could slightly understand what was in front of their eyes. Due to the underwriting alone I will never use Veterans United ever again. My home buying experience was horrendous to say it in nice terms. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears (which it will) do better for your veterans. Be more descriptive like Stephen. He made this experience not a 1 out of 10 overall. Thank god he's understanding and can take verbal abuse because if not id have pulled my loan from veterans united in its entirety.

I’m really sorry to hear that the underwriting process caused so much frustration for you. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to deliver, especially when something as important as your home loan is on the line.
