He motivated his team and even though it was late on a Friday Lucas stepped in and together we were able to be pre approved that same day. Working with Veteran's United was fairly straight forward, lots of communications, and the "to-do's" made it feel we were always on track. When you work with VU expect a lot of people on your team which has pros and cons. You have a loan specialist, coordinator, and officer all which know of your situation however all have different responsibilities and I experienced posing a question to one when the question was should have been answered by a different team member. I will add all of my questions were responded to and answered either same day or following day.
The process has a lot of steps but it's less stressful with Veterans United.
