I don't think I would ever use your company again. In fact there were several times I almost did go somewhere else. You really need to get your act together when using the App. You rely on it WAY WAY WAY too much. It should be a "tool" not your media for communication.

The online system VU uses for all the documentation is very sophisticated yet very user friendly. I cannot think of anything they could do better short of making my house payments for me.
