Hands down- will always use VU. This is our 3rd time and the process just gets easier and less stressful. I would recommend that you all give all information to the sellers before focusing on gaining revenue. As a veteran that went to war should be able to be treated with dignity and have the correct process done when purchasing a home. A house should be having mold issues & etc. when a vet call to seek help, you all should help to assist them in every way.
