Adam and Kat worked seamlessly together to help me close on my new home. It wasn’t the smoothest sailing because my sellers kept delaying but they were on top of it and advocating for me in any way they can. Even my title company said on the day of closing they were the fastest team yet!
Overall the whole experience with Veterans United was amazing! A few hiccups but as expected. Buying a house is never easy. But in the end everything worked out! Our team, Julia, Rachel, Justin, and James were great! Always made sure we got our questions answered and the right documents signed. Can’t thank everyone enough for all the hard work!

One thing about your app: there is a remember me option, but it never seems to remember me.
You should maybe provide more internet choices for move ins(small gripe) I have found a couple better options.
Lastly the alarm guy was great, great company, but felt pushed to buy way more than needed. Seems like that’s like company policy. Maybe more options here as well. I could have chosen a lot of easier and/or cheaper ways to go. I also hate contracts and am locked in for 3 years which isn’t really great in my opinion. Other than that, top, top notch company. If you’ve ever had to buy a home w/o the help, you know how stressful it can be, and you guys took almost all the stress out of it. Also, I have a walking disability so the lack of leg work was even more appreciated. Keep up the super work, you make a difference!
