Getting out of bankruptcy was very stressful as I needed to find a house and many lenders were giving me the runaround. When I contacted veterans United, my loan officer helped me so much. We were able to close sooner than 30 days and I did not have to pay anything for closing. The paperwork were very easy and my entire closing process at closing was about no more than 30 minutes.
Not what I'm typically used to and home buying as my two previous properties I paid cash but the team was very informative and always checking up to inform me of the process and progress and the app and their to-do list were easy to follow

Shannon was able to assist us in creating a plan over a 12 month period to move us towards home ownership. Once we were in a position to qualify for a loan, Shannon immediately connected us to a local office to start the process of buying a home. We were able to secure a preapproval in about 2 weeks.
