Please let potential veterans know that VA Approval is NOT a loan approval and be open and upfront by checking the CAIVRS report first. This caused us great difficulty as we were under contract for weeks before we ever found out about this report.

I think amber could have been a little more punctual in regards to information she needed us to give them there was a few times I felt we had to jump through hoops because of communication disconnects.

Veterans United was just amazing through everything
I strongly recommend that you coordinate with the “team”, I use that loosely, every few days. This process is fast moving at the end, but as long as you give/supply the information or documents required from you in the beginning things should be fine.
VU made this a seamless experience. All members of the staff were remarkably well coordinated and organized. On each occasion, the customer service was exemplary and helped to abate the inherent stress of buying a new home.
