Overall, great app, great technology, but less than desirable loan team and people. Rude, flippant and unknowledgeable people that require significant training.

I feel Nate's assistant Anna was not the most communicative, and our least favorite part about the experience. There were small missed Communications from Nate that ended up being answered or explained by our realtor. Overall, still A very good experience and would us VU again. Portal is awesome in the experience.

We were ABSOLUTLY blessed to have Dava Turk as our loan officer! Dava is the epitome of professionalism and customer support! She explained everything about the process under her wheelhouse and went the extra mile to help us understand the real estate jargon on the realtors paperwork!
