Was disappointed because there were multiple repairs needed And I thought the seller was covering the closing costs as a result And we were gonna get some cash to help get these repairs done I didn't know he was covering half That was a HUGE knock down We don't have the funds needed to make these repairs We were counting on that $5K 2% How can I find out if there's enough equity to help with these repairs? The loan team overall were very good. The last week led to some raised tempers because of a slow moving appraiser, sometime the team could not control but they were able to overcome when necessary to ensure I closed on time. For that I am thankful
