It got a little rough at the end when the closing documents were cookie cuttered and my soon to be ex wife was included for signing and we almost had to shift the dates to the right because of it

Real Estate Agent - Bryce Wade was absolutely outstanding. If I were to sell and buy a home down the line, I would want him to be my agent. He went above and beyond. When I met an obstacle, he would jump right on it to ensure it was resolved in a timely manner. He made himself available at all times, even during a family emergency.
