They let us know as soon as they needed something and if we had any questions at all they were answered within the hour. Only issue was right before closing of missing crucial issues with I believe had to do with MN property taxes and the communication with that at the last minute. Advised when I bought down the interest rate from 5.25% to 4.99% was told that I would be getting a little bit back from my escrow monies. Then come to find out I actually needed to bring almost $450.00 to the table, when we were 30 minutes from closing time, therefore we took off the home warranty.
This is our third loan with Veterans United and for good reason. They always walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to providing a great service to Veterans.
