My only complaint is that there were several people working on my loan and they sometimes did not seem to be communicating with each other. The website is very easy to use, and the automated updates are nice, but sometimes the loan specialists would ask me directly for things I had already uploaded to the system, as if they were not seeing it? Overall despite these nitpicks, I would STRONGLY recommend VU for any fellow veteran seeking help buying a home.
They worked incredibly well with my realtor and law firm to make sure that everything went over smoothly. If I were to recommend Veterans United to anyone I would absolutely recommend the team that was provided to me. They were quick, responsive, reliable and efficient. 10/10 will be using again
