I've seen commercial about Veteran United Home Loans multiple times and decided to give it a chance. We sent and application, got in contact with Kennedy, pre-approval approved, met with an awesome real estate agent and in a blink of an we moved into our new home. It feels surreal. Veterans united Communication processes sucks! Putting everything on the client to do is garbage! Scrabble to ensure bankers to their job isn’t fun! Explain things. Don’t put checklist of to do’s on the day of closing! Talk to people! Had to delay my closing to wire money to title company! Every step was a wire brushing!
