Took much longer than I think it should have. Appreciate Terry’s flexibility and help and great attitude. Also thought Bridget did a super job. But I’ve already mentioned how the underwriter ruined the whole experience. Worst we’ve ever had.

If I call you and say “Hey I’m not happy with so and so’s work, for x reason, could you fix me up with someone new?” Then you call that person and tell them what I said, chew them out, then have them call me, how does that fix my problem? Now said person and myself are both unhappy and working together for the remainder of our house buying. Idk. Seems unprofessional to me.
